We are a small, local, family owned and operated company that charges reasonable rates with over 20 years of experience. We do pressure washing/steaming all year round so we have full time experience in the field, not as an add-on service.

WHY PRESSURE WASH?
Pressure washing effectively keeps your property exterior looking good and helps maintain stability.
It also saves you money by adding years to your exterior surfaces by removing debris and algae that keep moisture trapped against shingles, siding, fencing, retaining walls, decks, concrete, mortar, foundation and gutters. Moisture causes deterioration and rot.

House Wash
A house wash will make your property look clean and newer as well as increase the health and value of your property. Pressure washing will remove unattractive dirt, grime, and algae from your property.
As you can see from our photo gallery, the appearance of your home can be greatly improved. Gutters, soffits, fascia, can look white again and your “maintenance free siding” will look like it should again.
Roofs
High costs of roofing make it an investment. Protect your roof by having unsightly and destructive moss and algae professionally removed and then an occasional simple treatment to prevent algae from returning.
Asphalt:
Many people do not realize that the life of their roof can be greatly extended. The unsightly black streaks on asphalt roofs are actually live organisms which grow and loosen the shingle rock. Algae loosens the shingle rock exposing the underlying asphalt causing your shingles to curl, crack and deteriorate. Have your roof cleaned using our soft wash method. Next, have it treated occasionally to help prevent regrowth of the algae.
Cedar:
Any sign of moss on a cedar roof is a warning sign of a rapidly deteriorating roof. Address this issue quickly. Within a few short years a cedar roof can deteriorate past the point of repair and will need to be replaced costing you a lot of money. Cedar roofs can be cleaned and maintained with annual or bi-annual anti-algae treatments that will extend the life of your roof and keep it looking good.
Anti-Algae Treatments:
Unsightly black algae, the black streaks seen on roofs, lichen and moss can be killed and will eventually disappear with an anti-algae treatment. Treatments can simply be sprayed on any building material such as roofs, siding, pavers, stone, etc., without causing harm to plants, animals and the environment. For heavily stained areas, it may take several months for the stains to disappear, however the treatment works very well.
Soft Wash vs Traditional Wash
Traditional pressure washing uses more environmentally friendly chemicals than soft wash but requires more labor and expense. Done professionally, it is safe for all surfaces on your home.
Soft washing requires more aggressive chemicals, most often bleach. A proper mixture is safe and rest assured, we adhere to proper mixtures. True professionals will always neutralize windows as bleach can etch glass. We always take care to neutralize the bleach.

Decks
Decks are for good times with family and friends. A common mistake with wood decks is that they are often stained before the wood is ready. New wood decks need to weather for two years.
The first wash of the deck is the most important. A good cleaning solution needs to be applied to loosen the dead wood fibers and be washed off so that the wood surface can accept a penetrating oil sealer. After drying for a couple days, we can protect the deck with a beautiful high quality penetrating oil based transparent sealer. A lack of good preparation is the most common reason sealers fail.
Use of a poor quality sealer or stain is also a common mistake which often results in long-term complications such as peeling or flaking. The high quality sealers we use penetrate deeply offering excellent UV protection and lasting defense against premature weathering and mildew.
Gutters
An often neglected job. Gutter cleaning protects structures from water damage which can contribute to cracks in the foundation, roof rot, shingle and siding algae and ice dam buildup which is costly to repair.
We clean out your gutters and make sure all the downspouts are unclogged.
Constant moisture in your gutters held by leaves and other debris can damage your fascia as well as the lower part of your roof. Overflowing gutters can also cause flood damage to your home.
Ice Dams
A nightmare if not removed causing thousands of dollars in damage.
BEWARE!!! Do not let anybody remove them with picks, axes, and hammers!
We are an experienced pressure washing service that uses a safe steam method that will not damage your roof. We do not generally give estimates for roof snow and ice dam removal. We charge a reasonable hourly rate and work fast and efficient to save you money.
